Amazing Stay with Lovely Views!
The panoramic view from our Junior Suite balcony was amazing! We loved the unexpected delivery of pastries and coffee one morning, showing true hospitality. Make sure to explore the a la carte dining for some good meals.

The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating but the best part is the location providing easy access to the santuary. The restauraunt in the hotel is also quite good.

The location is excellent, right next to the Sanctuary. We had a junior suite which was a really good size and was very comfortable
The quality of the food in the restaurant which usually is very good, was not of a very high standard this time round

The hotel is ideally situated as close as possible to our Lady of Fatima, the shrine is across the road and overlooking the grounds of Fatima.
Bring used to having tea making facilities in the room this was sadly missed.

Perfect location. Just steps from the shrine. Room lacked coffee-making facilities. Breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh fruits and meats!

Location just next to the Square and Basilica, convenient for pilgrims wishing to attend processions and mass.

Very close to the Sanctuary
It would be most convenient if the hotel provides kettle for boiling water in the room.

The breakfast spread was like a feast from a foodie dream, packed with fresh fruits and an array of meats and cheeses! We also savored a good dinner at the on-site restaurant, a culinary gem that's perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Honestly, everything was just peachy, but they could use a bit more coffee magic back in the rooms. Imagine sipping a hot cup while enjoying that lovely view!

The Hotel was very well situated for the Fatima shrine being almost next door-you could hear the singing and the bells very clearly and this added to the holiday experience. We originally wanted to stay in Tomar for the Festival but we are so glad that we stayed in Fatima and tjis hotel in particular.
All the staff were excellent but there was one "night" receptinist (man) who was extremely abrubt -it may be he could not speak Engish but he never smiled and only gave curt replies to any questions-he was I hasten to add the exception to the rule. The Happy Hour was very restictive being only for Port-could have been better likewise the Menu was rather expesive so we ate out every night.
